Franck’s career spans 3.5 years in industry, 7 years in academia, and 3.5 years in entrepreneurship. He leads Ethicronics’ strategy and growth across defence, aerospace and critical infrastructure sectors.

Isabela oversees operations and partnerships at Ethicronics. A Cambridge Judge Business School graduate, she brings strong strategic and operational capability to support growth across defence and deep-tech markets.
