Dr Franck Courbon (Managing Director) founded Ethicronics in Cambridge in 2022 to translate advanced hardware-security expertise into technologies capable of establishing trust in critical electronic systems at scale. His background spans research, industry and entrepreneurship across hardware security, electronics and low-level systems. Today, he leads Ethicronics' technology strategy and strategic partnerships across defence, government, semiconductor and international technology ecosystems.

Current Opportunity

We are looking for a fast-learning graduate with strong technical curiosity and an interest in cybersecurity, hardware security, trusted computing, embedded systems, or low-level software.

You will work directly with company leadership and technical experts, contributing to software development, technical coordination, stakeholder engagement, project communication, and technology delivery across programmes including hardware assurance, tamper evidence, and confidential computing.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, highly organised, technically capable, and excited by taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
